Antico Fienile is a typical late nineteenth-century Tuscan farmhouse, located a short distance from the enchanting town of Monsummano Terme, one of the most charming spa resorts in Tuscany, and from the village of Montevettolini, a medieval site dating back to 1200.
In the unmistakable and characteristic hilly landscape made up of woods, vineyards, and centuries-old olive trees of the Val Di Nievole, this country residence is situated on the top of a hill in the locality of Brogi, one of the best-preserved historic places in the area, just over 200 meters from the "Montecatini Golf Club" locality "La Pievaccia", an international 18-hole course.
From here, guests can quickly reach the main urban and cultural centers of Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Montecatini Terme, Collodi, Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Vinci, as well as the seaside resorts of nearby Versilia.
Antico Fienile is one of those places where you can rediscover the authentic values of the countryside. A little gem created by the owners, who, after a careful conservative restoration in full respect of the surrounding environment and strict landscape constraints, have transformed this country residence into an oasis of peace and refinement. Suitable for couples, families with children, golfers, and nature lovers.
The property features high-quality finishes typical of Tuscan rural architecture: terracotta floors, ceilings with exposed beams, and facades that retain the original mandolati and arches with handmade bricks.
The structure has, on the ground floor, an independent entrance with private car parking and a courtyard with a fully equipped and fenced garden. The apartment, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is located on the first floor, accessed via an external staircase.
The rooms, all different and refined, are furnished and cared for in every detail; those facing south overlook the golf courses and are equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV setup, wired LAN internet connection, and wireless.
Guests have at their disposal two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, a large reading/TV room (also equipped with air conditioning and heating, HD satellite TV, wired LAN internet connection and wireless), a large kitchen equipped with all appliances, and a dedicated laundry room.
