(1) The rental fee does not include the costs
for gas for heating use, to be calculated based on consumption, and with the
prices in effect at the time of the lease, which must be paid directly to the
landlord at the end of the stay.
(2) Telephone for emergency calls and receiving
- the area is still covered by mobile phones.
(3) The presence of animals, of any gender and
type, is not allowed - mainly in respect of those who are suffering from
allergic diseases that could stay after you.
