Yes, from the two airports (Pisa or Florence) just reach the A11 motorway and exit at the Montecatini Terme motorway exit.

Supermarkets are open all day until 8pm from Monday to Saturday. The Conad Superstore supermarket in Monsummano Terme is also open on Sunday.

No. However, the property has a large kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment for food preparation. There is no breakfast service or administration of food and drinks; guests will have to organize themselves personally.

Is linen provided?

Yes, but only at the beginning of the lease. The customer can decide to provide for themselves. Summer and winter blankets are available.

 Is the linen changed?

No. The Tenant must provide for himself. In no case the Lessor carries out the change or washing of linen during the period involved in the Lease, regardless of its duration.

Are the consumption of electricity, water, gas included in the price?

The consumption of water, electricity, and gas for cooking are included in the price.

The consumption of gas for heating is charged to the customer, based on the consumption resulting from the meter reading, with prices in effect at the time of lease.

Heating is present in all environments.

Is air conditioning included in the price?

No, there is a cost of 10 Euros per day, upon request by the customer.

The 3 south facing bedrooms overlooking the golf courses have independent air conditioning, as well as the TV / reading lounge.

The single room to the north is without air conditioning.

However, even in summer the climate inside the premises remains cool thanks to the ventilated roof that the structure has.

Is the internet connection free?

YES, there is wired LAN and wireless internet connection in all rooms. You can take your laptop with you everywhere.

Is the telephone present?

YES, the phone is only enabled for emergency calls and for receiving phone calls. The area is however covered by mobile telephony.

Is there a cleaning service for the property?

The accommodations are delivered clean and in perfect order.

The customer is required to pay the owner at the end of the lease the amount of 90.00 Euros for the final cleaning of the accommodation.

No cleaning service is provided during the rental period, regardless of its duration.

The customer is required to return the apartment in good clean conditions, in particular as regards the kitchen and bathrooms. In case of non-fulfillment by the customer in the above-mentioned cleaning, a penalty will be applied (read the General Rental Conditions).

What appliances are supplied?

Refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner gas hob, ventilated electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, n. 2 HD-SAT TVs.

Is there a TV in the rooms?

The HD SAT TV is present in the living room where the barn once was, and in the double bedroom.

Voluntarily, for a stay away from "Stress" and truly in contact with nature, the other rooms do not have a television set, even if they have the predisposition.

What time should we arrive and leave the apartment?

Since we do not have a concierge service, the arrival and return of the property must be agreed with the owner from time to time.

Usually, the arrival is required from 16.00 until 19.00 while the departure is scheduled between 8.00 and 10.00.

Other times are possible and in any case we will try to meet you based on our availability.

What is the duration of the rental rates shown on the website?

Our prices, which vary according to the number of people staying, include the 7-night Weekly Rate (with stay from Saturday to Saturday) and the Daily Rate (with a minimum stay of 3 days).

 Are pets allowed?

The presence of animals, of any kind and type, is not allowed (mainly in respect of those who are suffering from allergic diseases that could stay after you).

What kind of lease is expected?

We always stipulate a regular contract "for tourist use lease" in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 2, letter c of the Law 9 December 1998, n. 431.
